Every week, athletes join small circuit groups for dynamic, hands-on sessions that keep them engaged and challenged. speed and agility

SOCCER

MVP is the key to helping your soccer athlete excel on and off the field. Each week, your athlete will participate in specialized workouts designed to enhance their overall performance through strength, agility, and precision-focused exercises.

 

Athletes will train in small circuit groups, participating in exercises such as agility ladder work, cone drills, plyometric movements, and drills designed to improve footwork and ball control. These sessions focus on building the skills and physicality needed to dominate the game.
