 Joe Schoenleber, Director of Speed and Strength Development M.S., C.S.C.S., USAW Joe received his Masters Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and served on
the National Strength & Conditioning Association’s (NSCA) Education Committee. He is recognized as a leader in sports
performance by the NSCA for his contributions to the profession and was nominated twice for the NSCA’s strength coach
of the year award (‘98 & ‘01). Joe previously served as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at UMASS
Amherst, West Virginia University and Villanova University, before taking over as the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach
at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. He spent four years directing all aspects of the strength and conditioning
program where a record number of his athletes achieved NCAA honors. He has over 15 years experience training athletes from
middle school through the Olympic & professional ranks. He is the former strength & conditioning consultant to the
Philadelphia 76ers and St. Joe’s University basketball and the NHL's Blackhawks, Blue Jackets and NJ Devils. Some
of the most notable athletes Joe has trained include: Steve Slaton, Ryan Howard, Allen Iverson, boxing champion Bernard Hopkins
and Brian Westbrook. Now, Joe and his professional staff serve the needs of athletes from as far as Allentown, PA and
Southern NJ. In addition, MVP has served as the speed and conditioning source for many local high school teams including:
Archbishop Wood, William Tennant, Conwell-Egan, Holy Ghost Prep, Neshaminy, Pennsbury, Bensalem, Villa Joe Marie, and many
more. Joe and his wife Stephanie reside in Bucks County with their six children Hanna, Ian, Julie, Brenna, Brooke and
Gregory.
Mike Truitt, C.S.C.S, Assistant Sports Performance CoachMike has been with MVP since May of 2006. He is a certified
strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Mike is a 2008 graduate of
Temple University with a bachelor's degree in exercise science. Mike grew up and lives in Morrisville, PA. Mike
is an accomplished athlete having played four years of varsity football for Conwell-Egan Catholic High School and other various
sports including 12 years of baseball. Since joining MVP Sports Training, Mike has also served on the strength and
conditioning staff at Notre Dame University in the summer of 2008. Joe Fisher, C.S.C.S, Assistant Sports Performance Coach Joe received his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from Temple University. He is also a Certified
Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Joe has athletic enhancement
training experience from several sports performance facilities in the Bucks County area, training under some of the innovators
of our industry. In addition to team training, including Villa Joseph Marie Cheerleading and Holy Ghost Prep Ice Hockey, Joe
has also trained athletes from the AFL, MLB, MLL and various NCAA Div 1 and 2 teams. Aside from sports performance, Joe is
highly sought after for his experience as a medical fitness specialist in the areas of stroke, joint replacement, weight management
